Enterprise Evolution has become continuous. As organisations continually respond to changing enterprise conditions, maintaining coherence, continuity and connected understanding becomes increasingly important. What We Do
EPOSA Institute advances Enterprise Portfolio Architecture through four connected responsibilities.
Founder
EPOSA Institute was founded by Colin Macfadyen following more than twenty-five years working across complex enterprise environments in the United Kingdom and Australia.
Throughout that experience, a consistent observation emerged. Organisations continually strengthened individual enterprise disciplines, yet many of the same enterprise challenges remained. As strategies evolved, technologies advanced and operating models adapted, maintaining a connected understanding of the enterprise became increasingly difficult.
This led to a fundamental question:
Does the modern enterprise require an enduring enterprise discipline dedicated to helping organisations continually understand, plan and evolve the enterprise?
That question became the foundation for Enterprise Portfolio Architecture and the establishment of EPOSA Institute.
