By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the relevant product description, our Refund Policy and any specific conditions presented before purchase.
Products and Services
EPOSA takes reasonable care to describe its publications, digital products, learning and services accurately.
Images and previews are illustrative. EPOSA may make reasonable editorial, presentation or technical changes that do not materially alter the product purchased.
Prices, Currency and Taxes
Prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Prices include Australian GST.
Applicable GST, VAT, sales tax or other taxes may be calculated or collected where EPOSA or the relevant platform is required to do so.
Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges outside EPOSA's control.
Orders and Payment
Payment is made using the methods available through Shopify checkout.
An order is subject to successful payment and acceptance by EPOSA. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restriction or inability to supply the product. Any payment received for an order that we decline will be refunded.
Digital Products
Downloadable publications and other digital products will normally be provided through a download link, customer account, email or another method stated on the product page.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and retaining downloaded products appropriately.
Learning Products
Where an EPOSA learning product is delivered through Thinkific, access may require a Thinkific learner account.
Specific duration, delivery arrangements, access periods, prerequisites, assessment arrangements and inclusions will be stated on the relevant product page when enrolment is available.
Advisory and Custom Services
Organisation-specific briefings, advisory sessions and other custom engagements may be subject to a quotation, scope or separate engagement agreement.
Where such an agreement contains terms specific to the engagement, those terms will apply to that engagement.
Licence and Intellectual Property
Purchasing an EPOSA digital product provides a licence to use that product; it does not transfer ownership of EPOSA intellectual property.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an individual purchase is for the purchaser's individual professional use.
You must not, without written permission:
- distribute or share purchased materials with unauthorised people;
- resell, sublicense or commercially distribute them;
- publish or upload them to shared or public repositories;
- remove copyright or proprietary notices;
- reproduce EPOSA materials in another commercial product or service;
- use EPOSA materials to provide unauthorised training, certification or consulting to third parties; or
- use them to train, populate or develop an artificial intelligence model, retrieval system or competing knowledge product.
You may apply knowledge and ideas learned from EPOSA materials in your professional work. This does not permit copying, distributing or commercially reproducing EPOSA's protected materials, diagrams, publications or other original expression except where expressly authorised.
Refunds
Refunds and remedies are governed by our Refund Policy and any specific conditions disclosed before purchase.
