The Enterprise Portfolio Architecture Foundation Programme develops a comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Portfolio Architecture and the Enterprise Portfolio Operating System as one connected enterprise discipline.
The programme progresses through the complete Framework, developing understanding of its architectural foundations, Enterprise Portfolio Structures, operational capabilities, Core Artefacts and Practices, operational interaction, Enablement Structures, Framework Assurance and the wider ecosystem.
Learning is reinforced through an integrated programme workbook, knowledge checks throughout the programme and a Foundation assessment that consolidates understanding across the complete Framework.
The Foundation Programme provides the professional knowledge foundation for progression to the Enterprise Portfolio Architecture Practitioner Programme.
