The Enterprise Portfolio Architecture Practitioner Programme builds upon Foundation learning, progressing from understanding Enterprise Portfolio Architecture to developing the capability to interpret, apply and steward the discipline within real enterprise environments.
The programme develops practitioner capability through Enterprise Practitioner Insights, Enterprise Interpretation and Enterprise Application, using industry and organisational interpretations to explore how the same architectural foundations can be applied across materially different enterprise environments.
Practical application is supported through workbooks, knowledge checks and deeper exploration of the wider enterprise perspectives developed through the EPOSA Knowledge Series, progressively connecting Enterprise Portfolio Architecture with Demand, Structure, Strategy, Investment, Governance, Information, Value, Technology, Leadership, Resilience, Culture and Enterprise Evolution.
The programme culminates in a Practitioner assessment bringing together practitioner understanding, enterprise interpretation and practical application.
