The Organisation-Specific Executive Brief is a focused half-day leadership engagement that brings Enterprise Portfolio Architecture into the context of your organisation.

Ahead of the session, EPOSA develops an initial organisation interpretation using industry context and publicly available organisational information. This provides a practical starting point for exploring potential Enterprise Core Capabilities, Enterprise Core Capability-aligned Portfolios and Enterprise Demand Objects within the organisation.

The half-day session combines a concise introduction to Enterprise Portfolio Architecture with facilitated discussion around the organisation-specific interpretation. Leadership participants explore, question and begin validating the perspective while considering where Enterprise Portfolio Architecture and the Enterprise Portfolio Operating System may provide value.

The engagement can be undertaken as a standalone Executive Brief or provide the starting point for a separately scoped organisational application engagement.
