Application Services

EPOSA Application Services provide a structured pathway for organisations seeking to progressively establish Enterprise Portfolio Architecture and the Enterprise Portfolio Operating System within their own enterprise.

Building upon an initial Industry and Organisation Interpretation, the services work with organisational leaders and participants to progressively validate and develop the organisation’s enterprise architecture, connect Enterprise Demand with planning and delivery, establish connected Enterprise Interpretation, and develop the roadmap required for enduring operation.

The pathway comprises four connected Application Services — Enterprise Portfolio Planning, Portfolio Delivery Planning, Enterprise Portfolio Interpretation and Continuous Enterprise Operation. Each develops a distinct organisation-validated enterprise perspective while building upon and continually refreshing the understanding established through earlier work.

Every engagement is scoped according to the organisation’s context, complexity, maturity, readiness and priorities. The services can therefore be progressively undertaken while maintaining one connected pathway toward the establishment of EPA and EPOS as enduring organisational capabilities.
