It introduces the Enterprise Continuity Challenge and the EPOSA response: enduring Enterprise Portfolio Structures and Enterprise Demand Objects that maintain continuity as Enterprise Intent, Enterprise Context, enterprise activity and Enterprise Value continually evolve.
The publication also introduces the six connected Framework modules and explains how they progressively establish the architectural, operational, enablement, ecosystem and organisational foundations through which Enterprise Portfolio Architecture and the Enterprise Portfolio Operating System are understood, applied and sustained.
