Supporting Participation, Application and Sustained Operation of Enterprise Portfolio Architecture
Module 5 establishes the EPOSA Ecosystem and Framework Assurance structures through which Enterprise Portfolio Architecture and the Enterprise Portfolio Operating System can be supported, scaled and sustained beyond individual organisational implementations.
The module develops the EPOSA Ecosystem, bringing together organisations, practitioners, Advisory Partners, Technology Partners and Training & Education Providers, and explains how advisory, education and technology support enable organisations and practitioners to understand, adopt, apply and sustain the framework.
It also establishes Certification, Licensing and Governance as complementary Framework Assurance structures through which framework knowledge is recognised, authorised use is governed, and the integrity, consistency and long-term stewardship of the EPOSA Framework are maintained as adoption expands.
