Enabling the Understanding, Application and Sustained Operation of Enterprise Portfolio Architecture
Module 4 establishes the Enablement Structures that support the successful understanding, adoption, operation, sustainment and maturation of Enterprise Portfolio Architecture and the Enterprise Portfolio Operating System.
The module defines Participant Enablement and Information Enablement as the two primary enablement responsibilities and establishes four connected structures — Application Enablement, Interpretation Enablement, Continuity Enablement and Knowledge & Competency Enablement — through which organisations can progressively develop capability while improving the quality, consistency and continuity of enterprise information.
It develops how these enduring structures support practical application and interpretation, preserve continuity across Enterprise Definition, Enterprise Portfolio Artefacts and Decision Interaction, and build the organisational knowledge, competency and maturity required to sustain EPA and EPOS as enduring enterprise capabilities.
